Are you just so exhausted throughout the day, do you constantly say to others you need a nap. Chances are you need to build better sleep habits. Here’s 5 tips to get better sleep. Feel free take what works best for you.

1.Reduce caffeine. In other words, caffeine helps you stay awake. Contrary to what you might believe, caffeine’s effects might take up to eight hours to leave your system. Caffeine may be the cause if you take a cup of coffee in the afternoon but still toss and turn at night. Caffeine should be avoided at least four to six hours before to bedtime to improve sleep quality.

2.Avoid using alcohol as a sedative. Although it may initially aid in falling asleep, alcohol also disturbs sleep, which leads to less restful sleep. Drinking alcohol before bed may increase your chance of waking up in the middle of the night.

3.Relax before going to bed. Stress disrupts your sleep in addition to making you unpleasant. Create a pre-sleep ritual to sever the link between your stress-filled day and your night. These ceremonies can last anything from 10 minutes to an hour.
Making a note of all the stressors from the day and formulating a strategy to cope with them might provide some people with relief and serve as “closure” for the day. You can also sleep better if you combine this with some time of relaxation, such as light reading, meditation…
