3. If something is bothering you, talk about it! There’s no shame in admitting that something’s bothering you — it takes everything away from the negative energy and makes it easier to deal with.

4. Don’t let fear stop you from doing what needs to be done — it’s only going to hold you back from achieving success in your career and personal life! Just take one step at a time until things get easier!
